課題1 (ハイブリッド・ソフトコンピューティング手法)
Topic 1 (Hybrid soft computing methods)

ソフトコンピューティングを用いた問題解決では、ハイブリッド手法(Hybrid method)が多く用いられている。ソフトコンピューティングのハイブリッド手法とはどういうものか、どのようなメリットがあるか説明せよ。

授業で取り上げた応用問題や標準問題などを例に使い、具体的にハイブリッド手法による問題解決の方法を説明せよ。フローチャートや図、数式などを用いて、取り上げるアルゴリズムについて可能な限り詳しく説明せよ。実際にプログラムする必要は無いが、プログラムで実験した場合はその結果なども示せ。

Hybrid methods are often used when applying soft computing to solve real problems. Explain what a hybrid soft computing method is, and describe the advantages of such hybrid methods. Describe in detail an example of a hybrid soft computing method.

Use a standard AI problem or problems discussed in class to explain how the hybrid algorithm solves the problem. Use flow charts, figures and formulas as necessary. It is not required to actually code a working program, but if you experimented with an actual program, then show the results as well.

課題2(各自の研究分野へのソフトコンピューティングの適用)
Topic 2 (Applying soft computing to your particular area of research)

自分の研究分野・研究テーマに、どのようにソフトコンピューティング手法が取り入れることができるか検討し、報告する。

具体的にどのソフトコンピューティング手法で研究テーマに関するどのような問題解決を行うか説明せよ。フローチャートや図、数式などを用いて、提案するアルゴリズムについて可能な限り詳しく説明せよ。実際にプログラムする必要は無いが、プログラムで実験した場合はその結果なども示せ。

Describe how soft computing may be applied to your particular area of research. Explain in detail, a soft computing algorithm which may be applied to your master course research.

Describe how this algorithm can solve a problem related to your research. Use flow charts, figures and formulas as necessary. It is not required to actually code a working program, but if you experimented with an actual program, then show the results as well.

課題3(人工ニューラルネットワークおよび深層学習[ディープラーニング]の応用)
Topic 2 (Application of artificial neural network and deep learning)

人工ニューラルネットワークおよび深層学習(ディープラーニング)には様々な手法が提案されているが、そのうちの一つ以上を取り上げ、手法の特徴や応用分野についてまとめよ。

フローチャートや図、数式などを用いて、手法について可能な限り詳しく説明せよ。実際にプログラムする必要は無いが、プログラムで実験した場合はその結果なども示せ。

具体的な応用についてなるべく詳しく説明し、どのような結果が期待されるか述べよ。また、取り上げる手法の問題点、および改善方法を自分なりに考え、説明せよ。
